First Public Hearing of annual Ad Valorem Tax. Operating tax rate is unchanged at 5.9998 mills representing a 2.94% decrease from the “rolled-back” rate. Debt Service millage of .2509 mills funds debt service on voter-approved general obligation bonds for the coming year. |
